SORCERER™ 2

Plug-and-play Proteomics 2.0 Integrated Data Appliance

SORCERER™ integrated data appliances provide “plug-and-play productivity” in protein ID and characterization, with increased accuracy and throughput, and reduced IT maintenance. The flagship server version, SORCERER™ 2, is designed to support multiple researchers, such as in high-throughput laboratories, core facilities and corporate environments. It is for scientists whose throughput and sophistication needs outgrow their basic all-in-one proteomics software, while offering improved reliability and operating cost compared to cluster computers.

High throughput, easy to use

SORCERER™ 2 is a fully integrated data analysis system that is compact enough to fit under a desk, yet powerful enough to run the most rigorous algorithms needed for successful pathway proteomic studies. Sensitive and comprehensive SEQUEST® searches with multiple PTMs enabled become routine, even for large datasets. Results analysis is available with Scaffold, the Trans-Proteomics Pipeline or Bioworks®. SORCERER™ increases your productivity with: thousands of spectra per hour throughput; the increased accuracy from multiple algorithms; and comprehensive support through our Total Support Program. With automated raw file searching and patent-pending indexing acceleration of SEQUEST searches, SORCERER™ 2 makes proteomics data analysis quick and easy.
